Latest addition to my photo gear

May I present to you my new camera. I bought it more than a month ago. It’s Pentax k1000 with 50mm f/2.0 lens. Cost: about 70 euros.
I have three classes of photography and classes of laboratory where I develop the pictures. In only one of the classes I’m allowed to take photos with my digital camera so I’m using my analog camera quite often. I use only Kodak TRI-X ISO 400 film. It’s versatile in all conditions excluding beaches and other really bright places.
It’s also easier to develop the photos in laboratory when I have some idea how the film and paper correspond to each other. Having said that, so far my laboratory career consists mainly of trial and error. It’s amazing how much one can change the photo in the laboratory IF one has the skills and knowhow (which I don’t have). It seems Photoshop isn’t the the only “place” to modify photos.
